The St. Louis Marie de Montfort Church
First, we started from BTS Bearing station and we travelled by car to Bang-Na. We use around 30 minute from there to ABAC. This travelling was very easy because this university is located at suburb that’s very far from the city so there’s no traffic jam. We travelled along the bang-na road so we found a entrance sign of university then we turn to the alley. When we entered into ABAC’s area, we felt likes we lived in another city because there are a lot of shopping malls, park and also condominiums that ABAC student had to live there that line up all the way before the university. So, we knew a one thing. Although this university located at the suburb but They still a modern and convenient that you don’t need to went at the city. Then we arrived at the university, we saw a lot of European heritage style buildings because this university was the Christ university which mocked from ancient European buildings ,poles ,school building even though the St. Louis Marie de Montfort Church that we planned to survey. This place was look like a Ancient Greek town. We drive along to find this church and ask to local people who stayed here so we finally found this church. Fortunately, that day was a good weather so we can took a lot of beautiful picture and that day was a Graduation day so there looked warm and friendly on that day. But we couldn’t enter the church because It closed so we could see only the outside of the church. This church was blending between French and Italian style with a dome, stained glass windows and a bell tower, all designed by the President, Rev. Brother Martin. Now, The church is used for the University’s religious functions.
In addition, we visited another heritage architecture include Roman pole, school building until dormitory. In our opinion, This places has the high unique because this places are the academy that co-op with Assumption and Brother of saint Gabriel. So they gave the aura of roman catholic also derivation of Christ too
This place is mostly Catholic. Because I have noticed is that the mother of the Virgin Mary or Jesus Christ.
